The Balance Zen App. When you use the app at app.balance-zen.com, your account details, program progress, saved videos, conversations with the in-app coach, and any feedback you send are stored securely so the app can remember where you left off. Caila may read coach conversations and feedback to improve the coaching. Your name and email are added to Balance Zen's contact list so we can send you updates, and you can unsubscribe any time. The in-app coach is powered by AI, and your messages are processed by our AI provider only to generate replies. We never sell your information. To have your app data deleted, email [email protected].
