SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program Terms

These terms govern Balance Zen, operated by Caila B LLC.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Balance Zen, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description: Balance Zen may send text messages containing marketing promotions, appointment reminders, account alerts, or customer support updates.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

3. Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for your specific plan details.

4. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

6. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
